it was this morning..i was going back to bed after my wife left to go shopping...i had to look under my pillow and make sure it was sitting right and the there wasn't anything dirty underneath pillow...i basically say that i try to tell my mind i wont do any checking on things until a certain designated time...then i try telling myself if i do check before that time that something bad will happen to me..i have been trying to do this as a way to help curb the ocd..but its not working as much as i would like..any of you try any mind games like this?
